Where we work: schools and colleges in 24 Spanish provinces
PenwinEdu designs, installs and maintains the Wi-Fi and technology infrastructure of schools and colleges, and today works with more than 300 schools and colleges in Spain, England and Ecuador: publicly funded private schools (concertados), private schools, universities, business schools and vocational training centres. In Spain it manages the IT networks of schools and colleges in 24 provinces across 14 autonomous communities (regions), and the installation work is done by its own technical team, which travels to each school.
Which autonomous communities and provinces does PenwinEdu work in?
These are the provinces in which PenwinEdu currently manages the network of at least one school, grouped by autonomous community.

- Valencian Community: Valencia, Alicante and Castellón
- Andalusia: Seville, Córdoba and Jaén
- Castile and León: Valladolid and León
- Galicia: A Coruña and Pontevedra
- Aragon: Zaragoza and Huesca
- Canary Islands: Las Palmas
- Castilla-La Mancha: Ciudad Real
- Community of Madrid

Installations are carried out by our own team
The initial assessment of the school, the roll-out of the network and its set-up are carried out by PenwinEdu's technical team, which travels to each school, whatever province it is in. Whoever then looks after that network knows the specific installation, with its documentation and history of past jobs, and does not have to start the diagnosis from scratch every time there is a fault.
How does PenwinEdu support schools located far from its offices?
Schools' infrastructure is monitored twenty-four hours a day, with automatic alerts when a piece of equipment stops responding, and many issues are sorted out remotely, with no need to travel and often before the school notices them. When a fault requires someone on site, the visit is scheduled according to the contracted service level.
Work affecting several classrooms, such as a migration or a change of network hardware, is planned for holidays, long weekends or free afternoons, in line with each school's calendar and with enough time to book those windows.

School groups with sites in several autonomous communities
A school group with schools in several autonomous communities works with the same team for all of them: the network is designed to the same criteria at every site, security and filtering policies are shared and the group sees the status of all its schools from a single console.
Outside Spain: England and Ecuador
PenwinEdu also serves schools and colleges in England and Ecuador, whose networks it manages and monitors remotely just as it does for any other school.
Does PenwinEdu work with schools in a province that is not on the list?
Yes. The list is a record of where there are schools with a PenwinEdu network today, not a limit: a school in another province receives the same initial assessment, free and with no obligation, and its project is carried out by the same team, which travels to the school.
